Novitech is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our agency’s future by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals with enterprise clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential enterprise clients across global markets (Europe, North America, APAC).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Sales Strategy Formulation: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Proposal & Pitch Creation: Lead the end-to-end proposal process, from initial discovery calls to presenting bespoke IT and Digital Marketing solutions.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within an IT Agency, SaaS, or Digital Transformation firm.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in international markets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and a solid understanding of web development, digital marketing, and enterprise IT solutions.
